Free Worldwide Shipping We offer free tracked shipping on all orders, worldwide — no minimum spend required.

Delivery Timeframes All orders are delivered within 6–14 business days, regardless of your location.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Virelux has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Delays While we aim to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at virelux.store@gmail.com.

Missing Information Required for Order Processing If additional information is required to process or ship your order (such as a phone number, address clarification, or product selection), we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. Orders will be placed on hold until the required information is received. If we do not receive a response within 7 days of our initial request, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
